The Fullhouse Apartmanház is a baby-friendly accommodation located on the southern shore of Lake Balaton, in the quiet and peaceful residential area of Zamárdi, which was handed over in June 2018. In the house, two independent, independent apartments (identical in layout and equipment) await our guests, each offering comfortable accommodation for 4+2 people, for a total of 12 people. General rules




  • The apartment can be occupied between 14:00 and 18:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure. You can choose "Early arrival" from 11:00 a.m. (10,000 HUF/apartment) and "Late departure" until 2:00 p.m. (15,000 HUF/apartment).
  • At the time of arrival and departure, the owner or his representative is present and personally gives or takes over the accommodation
  • Please protect the equipment and the furnishings of the apartment and use them as intended! It is forbidden to take the furnishings and equipment of the rooms out of the house!
  • Upon departure, in the event of possible damage, the guest must reimburse the resulting costs on the spot.
  • In every household, including in apartments, it is possible that something goes wrong or gets ruined, apart from the fault of the guest. In order to avoid major damage, please report this to us!
  • The apartments have a well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare simple meals. Please do not put objects containing metal in the microwave oven.
  • Guests receive the apartments clean and tidy. For stays longer than one week, cleaning with change of bed linen and towels can be requested.
  • Please leave the kettle and grill clean after use, we provide firewood!
  • Use of the playground, trampoline and sand beach volleyball court is at your own risk.
  • The pool and jacuzzi can be used seasonally, the conditions of which can be found in a separate policy.
  • Garbage is collected selectively, so please throw it in the right place.
  • When leaving the apartment, always turn off the water, electricity, and air conditioning, close and secure the pool and jacuzzi covers, and roll up the parasols!
  • Only registered Guests are allowed to stay at the accommodation, please notify the arrival of visitors in advance.
  • Pets cannot be brought into the accommodation area.
  • WiFi can be used free of charge in the accommodation area, the QR code placed in the apartments helps to set up the connection.
  • Pursuant to the current legislation, after September 1, 2021, all guests using accommodation services in Hungary must record their personal data, as defined by law, through the document reader of the accommodation provider, in the accommodation management software, and then transfer it to a storage location, the Guest Information Closed Database (VIZA).
  • There are 6 cameras in the area of the apartment - which record and store images - for the personal and property security of the Guests. Camera surveillance is indicated by the pictogram and warning text. The purpose of camera surveillance is the protection of property, i.e. the protection of assets representing significant values, as well as the personal values of the Guests, given that the detection of violations, the prosecution of the perpetrators, the prevention of these illegal acts is not possible in any other way, and their proof cannot be achieved by any other method. The legal basis for this data management is your voluntary consent. If you enter the monitored area of the Fullhouse Apartmanház despite the posted warning, your consent to the taking of pictures is deemed to have been given. Please do not enter if you do not wish to consent to this. The camera system works on a closed chain network, 24/7, i.e. continuous operation, the storage duration of the recorded footage is 48 hours. You can request more information about the data management related to the camera system when booking the accommodation.
  • If possible, please close the entrance gate, the current KRESZ rules apply in the accommodation area. The permitted speed limit is 5 km/h. When driving in, take into account the sign above the entrance gate, accordingly the height limit is 2.6 m. Parking is prohibited in the area between the two apartment buildings!
  • Smoking and the use of open flames inside the building are strictly FORBIDDEN! In order to maintain cleanliness, we respectfully ask our Guests who smoke not to scatter cigarettes in the parking lot and the entire area of the apartment building, but to collect them and place them in the trash cans.
  • The total booking fee refers to the number of days booked in advance. In the event that your stay here is interrupted early, we will not be able to refund money.
  • In consideration of the silence order and our neighbors, please refrain from noisy activities!
  • It is forbidden to operate any kind of audio equipment (e.g. sound system) outdoors!

  • The accommodation provider reserves the right not to accept guests who behave scandalously and who do not comply with the house rules, or to ask them to leave the accommodation immediately.
  • Our apartments are self-catering, we cannot provide meals. Generally available: toilet paper, liquid soap, washing-up liquid, washing-up sponge, kitchen towel, washing-up tablet, basic spices, Nespresso coffee machine (capsule can be ordered separately), hair dryer, iron, bed linen, towel, bathroom hand towel, outlet, dryer. You will supply your needs during your stay here.

Booking and cancellation conditions of the Fullhouse Apartmanház

Form of reservation and request for offer

These booking, modification and cancellation conditions apply only to individual bookings.

Fullhouse Apartmanház only accepts accommodation reservations via the online booking system.

In order to facilitate the contact of guests, Fullhouse Apartmanház operates a reservation system, which can be found on our website ( https://www.fullhouseapartman.hu ) under the 'Reservations' menu.
Guests intending to make a reservation are kindly requested to fill in all the information requested in the reservation system accurately and meaningfully, with particular attention to the correct entry of contact details (phone number, e-mail address and billing address).

The correctness of the data entered in the reservation is the responsibility of the guest. If the guest cannot be reached at the phone number or e-mail address provided in the reservation, or if the contact information proves to be incorrect and thus there is no possibility to confirm the reservation, Fullhouse Apartmanház reserves the right to cancel the reservation, which also terminates the request for accommodation.
We ask our guests to write any requests regarding the accommodation in the "Comment" section. We ask our guests who arrive with child(ren) to select the age of the child(ren) correctly.

By making a reservation, the guest acknowledges that he has read and accepts the reservation and cancellation conditions.

In case of a request for an offer, Fullhouse Apartmanház sends the compiled offer to the guest in writing, which is not considered a confirmation. In case of written confirmation of acceptance of the offer, it becomes final after sending the booking confirmation and receiving the deposit.

Minimum number of nights that can be booked
Our current package offers cannot be booked for less than the indicated minimum number of nights. In all cases, please take into account the specified minimum number of nights.

Management of valuables and cash:
Dear Guests, we would like to point out that we do not assume any responsibility for valuables or cash lost in the apartment. We recommend that our dear guests store their valuables in a reliable place.

Prepayments
These advance payment conditions apply only to individual bookings.
The Fullhouse Apartmanház requires a 30% deposit for all individual guest bookings.
The deadline for payment of the advance payment is included in the confirmation as follows:

- the 30% deposit must be paid within 3 calendar days of the reservation to Fullhouse Apartmanház - Éva Földesi.

Attention!!! If the reservation date is within 3 calendar days of the arrival date, the deposit must be paid by bank transfer to Fullhouse Apartmanház - Éva Földesi on the day of the reservation. After that, you have no possibility to change the date, and the deposit paid by the guest becomes your property.

We can accept advance payment via bank transfer, online bank card payment (Strip), or OTP credit card system (the booking system charges a handling fee of 2% when paying by credit card, or 3.8% when paying by credit card).

Upon completion of the reservation, the system sends a confirmation of reservation and fee request, as well as an SMS message to the specified e-mail address and phone number.
The reservation becomes valid/final only if the requested deposit is received by the deadline!
In the case of a bank transfer, please indicate the name of the person making the reservation and the reservation number in the notification section.
The remaining amount beyond the deposit must be paid upon arrival according to the specified payment methods!

Please indicate the need for a Guest company account in advance when booking. After the invoice has been issued, we are unable to make changes to the billing data.

Cancellation and modification conditions

These amendment and cancellation conditions apply only to individual bookings.

If the individual Guest notifies in writing 28 days before arrival at the latest that he/she wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the entire amount of the advance payment can be used for a reservation of at least the same value within 6 months after the cancellation, or will be refunded, depending on the number of places available.

In the event of a refund, a gross 3% of the amount of the deposit will be charged as a deposit handling fee, the amount reduced by this cost will be returned to the Guest.

If the guest does not notify in writing within 28 days before arrival that he/she is canceling his/her reservation, the advance payment will be deemed to have been paid. The deposit paid by the guest becomes his property, he does not provide services in exchange for the deposit paid.

These booking and cancellation conditions also apply to guests arriving through other forums that sell Fullhouse Apartmanház accommodation (online accommodation booking portals - Booking - Szállás.hu - Airbnb).
In the event of a discrepancy between the data found on other sales channels and on its own website ( https://www.fullhouseapartman.hu ), the information on its own website shall always prevail. We do not assume any responsibility for their differences or any resulting damages.

In all cases, the parties will attempt to resolve disputes arising from the accommodation contract amicably. If the peaceful settlement does not lead to a result, the parties will direct the resolution of the disputes to legal channels. The parties, depending on their jurisdiction, have the sole responsibility of the Somogy County Court to resolve their disputes arising from this contract.
