Booking and cancellation conditions of Fullhouse Apartmanház

Booking and request form

These booking, modification and cancellation policies only apply to individual bookings.

Fullhouse Apartmanház only accepts bookings through the online booking system.

In order to facilitate the contact of guests, Fullhouse Apartmanház operates a reservation system, which can be found on our website ( https://www.fullhouseapartman.hu ) under the 'Reservation' menu.
Guests wishing to make a reservation are kindly requested to fill in all the details requested in the booking system accurately and meaningfully, in particular with the correct contact details (telephone number, e-mail address and billing address).

It is the guest's responsibility to correct the information provided in the booking. If the guest is not available at the telephone number or e-mail address provided in the booking, or the contact details are incorrect and thus it is not possible to confirm the booking, Fullhouse Apartmanház reserves the right to cancel the booking, thus terminating the need for accommodation.
Guests are kindly requested to enter any comments regarding the accommodation in the "Comments" box. Guests arriving with child (ren) are kindly requested to select the correct age of the child (ren).

By booking the accommodation, the guest acknowledges that he / she has read the booking and cancellation conditions and accepts them!

In case of a request for a quote, Fullhouse Apartmanház will send the compiled offer in writing to the guest, which does not qualify as a confirmation. If the acceptance of the offer is confirmed in writing, it will become final after sending the booking confirmation.

Minimum number of nights that can be booked
Our current package offers cannot be booked for less than the specified minimum number of bookable nights. In all cases, please note the minimum number of nights indicated.

Valuables, cash management:
We would like to draw the attention of our dear guests to the fact that we do not take any responsibility for the valuables and cash lost in the apartment. We recommend our dear guests to store their valuables in a reliable place.

Prepayments
These deposit payment terms only apply to individual bookings.
Fullhouse Apartmanház requires a 30% deposit for each individual guest booking.
The deadline for the payment of the advance is stated in the confirmation as follows:

Advance payment:

- the 30% deposit must be paid to Fullhouse Apartmanház - Éva Földesi within 5 calendar days of booking.

Attention!!! If the booking date is within 4 calendar days compared to the arrival date, the deposit must be paid by bank transfer to Fullhouse Apartmanház - Földesi Éva on the day of booking. After that, you do not have the opportunity to change the date, and the deposit paid by the guest will become his property, he will not provide the service in case of cancellation of the deposit paid.

Prepayments can only be accepted by bank transfer or Paypal.

We will send a confirmation of the booking to the e-mail address provided.
The reservation will only become valid / final if the requested deposit is received by the deadline!
In the notice box, please indicate the name of the deposit person and the booking number.
The amount remaining in addition to the deposit must be paid on site upon arrival!

Guests are kindly requested to indicate the need for a corporate invoice when booking. Once an invoice has been issued, we are unable to make changes to your billing information.

Cancellation and modification conditions

These modification and cancellation policies only apply to individual bookings.

If the individual Guest notifies his / her cancellation in writing no later than 14 days prior to arrival, the full amount of the deposit paid will be used or refunded within 6 months of the cancellation, depending on the location, for bookings of at least the same value.

In case of a refund, 3% of the gross amount of the advance payment will be charged as an advance handling fee, the amount reduced by this cost will be returned to the Guest.

If the guest does not cancel his / her reservation in writing within 14 days of arrival, the deposit will be deemed to be canceled. The deposit paid by the guest becomes his property, he does not provide services in exchange for the deposit paid.

House rule

  • The apartment can be occupied between 14-18h and must be vacated by 10h. This can be changed flexibly after prior consultation.
  • Please protect the equipment and the objects of the apartment.
  • Damage caused in the accommodation area must be compensated by the pest or its legal representative.
  • In every household, including apartments, something other than the guest's fault may go wrong. To avoid further damage, please notify us!
  • Please leave the kettle and grill clean after use!
  • Garbage is collected selectively, so please dispose of the waste at the appropriate location in the selective collector.
  • When leaving the apartment, always turn off the water, electricity, turn off the air conditioning, pull in and secure the pool cover and jacuzzi cover, and wrap the umbrellas!
  • Only paying, registered guests can stay in the apartment house! Please let the visitor know in advance!
  • Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
  • The total booking fee is the number of days booked in advance. In the event that their stay here is terminated first, we will not be able to refund you.
  • In view of the silence decree and our neighbors, please avoid noisy activity! It is forbidden to operate any sound system (speaker) outdoors!
  • The owner has the right to cancel the accommodation if the Guest does not follow the policy.
  • Our apartments are self-catering, we cannot provide meals. Upon arrival, we will make the following check-in, you will make up for your needs during your stay here.
    - toilet paper, liquid soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing sponge, kitchen towel, dishwashing tablet, basic spices
    - bed linen, towels
    - bathroom hand towel, exit

Terms and conditions for bookings sold by intermediaries

These booking and cancellation conditions also apply to guests arriving through other forums selling Fullhouse Apartmanház accommodation (online booking portals - Booking - Szállás.hu - Airbnb).
In the event of a discrepancy between the data on other sales channels and the data on your own website (https://www.fullhouseapartman.hu ), the information on your own website will always prevail. It does not accept any liability for any differences between them or for any damage resulting from this.

The parties shall in all cases endeavor to settle their disputes arising out of the accommodation contract amicably. If an amicable settlement does not lead to a result, the parties will refer the dispute to legal action. The parties shall have the exclusive jurisdiction of the Somogy County Court to resolve their disputes arising from this contract, depending on their jurisdiction.
